Description
Air fryer honey mustard salmon is a quick and easy dinner for the family, with very little prep, and cooked in minutes!
Ingredients
2–4 portions salmon, 4-6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees F for 3-5 minutes.
Lightly brush or spray the bottom of the basket with olive oil.
Place salmon portions in the basket and season with salt and pepper to your preference.
In a small bowl, stir the honey and Dijon mustard together.
Use a brush or a spoon, and evenly coat the tops of each salmon portion with the honey mustard mixture.
Close the basket and cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes.
Check for doneness using a fork and with meat thermometer to confirm internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Serve immediately.
